Coombys Farm

Coombys Farm is set in this most tranquil part of Shropshire in the heart of the Severn Valley.  Enjoy miles of excellent fishing, walking and wildlife along the banks of the river Severn.

There are many local places of interest without having to drive too far away, Rays Farm Country Matters has a lovely nature trail through secluded woodland and many interesting animals for the children. Daniels Mill which is near Bridgnorth is a very old water mill which still produces flour today.

The new national cycle route 45 runs through Highley alongside the Severn Valley Railway which is a stunning ride for the keen cyclist.

Enjoy your stay at Coombys Farm particularly through the months of March, April and May and come and see our new spring lambs!

Highley has a new leisure and community complex built with many services to suit all ages. It has a fitness suite, Library, Badminton, Football, Table Tennis, bar and snack bar, aerobics, heated outdoor swimming pool and much more.

Another local attraction nearby is the West Midlands Safari Park. It is a great day out for all the family with a car drive around the wild animals and then you can spend the rest of the day in the lovely surroundings of the park, where there is also a fairground, shops, restaurants and many small animal enclosures.

Walk upstream approx 10 minutes to Highley Station where you can ride on the Severn Valley Steam Railway which runs between Bridgnorth and Kidderminster.
